Bi-Monthly Meetings

Mental Health Awareness Meetings

Are you a parent or teen or looking for mental health support but don't know where to go or who to turn to?

The Omillio Sparks Foundation is hosting bi-monthly, in-person Mental Awareness Meetings for teens seeking mental health support and encouragement.

Our Meetings offer:
  • A safe space to connect with others
  • Access to mental health professionals and resources
  • Practical strategies for building mental resilience

The Omillio Sparks Foundation's Mental Awareness Meetings are open to high school students ages 14-18.

During these in-person meetings, held twice a month, teens connect with one another, learn from each other's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer understanding and encouragement in a non-judgmental environment.

Meetings are facilitated by professional adults. The primary purpose is for the participants to offer peer support to one another and access mental health resources. Mental health professionals may be present to offer additional support. Our facilitators are not therapists and our meetings are not intended to replace therapists or counselors.

Parent/guardian permission is required to participate in the meetings.
